THE OPPORTUNITY

The Finance & Operations Officer supports the effective financial and operational management of The Fred Hollows Foundation's Vietnam program. Based in Da Nang, the role works closely with finance, operations and program teams to deliver strong financial administration, procurement and office operations while ensuring compliance with Foundation policies, donor requirements and local regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

Support financial administration activities including payment processing, budgeting, forecasting, financial monitoring, partner financial reporting and maintaining accurate financial records. Assist with compliance requirements and internal and external audits in line with Foundation policies, donor requirements and local regulations.

Procurement

Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers and service providers to ensure purchasing processes are ...
