JOB SUMMARY - This role will be crucial in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our food retailing stall. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Financial Management
- Manage daily cash flow, including receiving payments, making disbursements, and preparing daily sales reports.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Track and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare accurate time records and payroll of employees.
