Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards.

Process Management: Direct and optimize the core financial cycles, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and operational excellence.

Compliance & Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all statutory requirements and tax filings are completed accurately and on time.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist executive leadership in financial planning, variance analysis, and cash flow management to support strategic business decisions.
