  • Manage Labor & Overhead actual tracking, forecast and budget development
  • Monitor and control spending vs. plan and support and review related month-end closing
  • Work with operation to deliver cost roadmap actions and achieve/exceed targeted efficiency
  • Lead weekly cost review with Shop on Plant Cost Performance and project tracking and other Finance TDM (Time Data Management)
  • Maintain key financial dashboard and reporting and review purchase requisition and approval
  • and Other special Assignments

    • Capital Spending:

  • Facilitate Manufacturing operation in securing funding for Non-product program
  • Facilitate Program Operation in monitoring and control Product-program spending from program fund set up until close
  • Validate Purchasing Requisition checklist and approvals all Projects/Programs
