Rakuten Asia Pte. Ltd. is located in Singapore and is part of Rakuten's global operations. This position will be responsible for the Global Product Biz Division’s Financial Planning & Analysis and liaison with Rakuten group companies.
Responsibilities - Manage the division’s P&L budget, forecast and actuals by identifying key variances.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed financial reporting on a weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Extract, gather, compile and organize large amounts of data in required templates and formats.
- Oversee expense management, including invoice verification and revenue share tracking.
- Support or conduct the division’s financial presentations.
- Manage the budget process for the Global Product Biz Division.
- Drive process improvement, including automation of current manual operational processes.
