The Finance & Admin Executive supports the company's end-to-end finance operations through accurate accounting, timely processing, and strong documentation control. The role covers daily finance activities across accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, collections, bank reconciliation, and administrative support, with responsibilities assigned based on role rotation (Billing, Collection, or AP) or seniority. This position ensures all financial transactions are recorded accurately, payments and receipts are processed on time, and all supporting documents are properly maintained for audit and compliance.
