Perform daily finance operations, including system bookkeeping, expense verification, asset maintenance, bank reconciliation, and month‑end closing.
Prepare monthly financial reports and annual closing reports.
Handle tax filing, liaise with auditors, manage GST submissions, and coordinate with external business partners.
Complete any other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Familiar with corporate finance and accounting operations in Singapore, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in common office software, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both Chinese and English to liaise with stakeholders in China who speak only Chinese.
Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
