Voyage-Care is seeking a dedicated Fieldcare Supervisor in Halifax to enhance the quality of life of the residents we support. You will manage a team ensuring effective support and develop person-centred care plans for individuals with various needs.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, inducting new employees, managing medication competencies, and participating in the on-call rota. We welcome applicants with strong care management experience and a Level 3 qualification.
