Rightech is working with a national integrator that is looking to add a Field Trainer to their data center installation team.

The Field Trainer participates in the identification of training needs, assessment of skills, and the delivery of training for all activities required to meet customer requirements for new builds in the data center. The primary objective of the Field Trainer will be to optimize customer satisfaction by ensuring all team members are trained and efficient at their job tasks while providing oversight.

This is a great role for a foreman or supervisor looking to teach verse manage hours on a project.
