What You'll Do

Day to day Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a field technician to join our Nordic team! This person will assist our team in troubleshooting, building, repairing and/or testing a wide range of electronic and/or precision medical equipment in a workbench environment. You will be performing visits to customers and repairs of products in the workshop or at customer places (Hospital, Medical centers, etc). You will work with other technicians and Service team to ensure that high-quality work is delivered in agreed timelines. The main targets of this position are to develop aftersales activities and achieve Customer satisfaction.
