Reports To: Field Services Team Leader / Delivery Manager

Position Purpose

• The Field Services Engineer is responsible for delivering onsite IT support services to end users across a designated geographical region. The role is primarily based at an assigned hub location and provides technical support, incident resolution, service request fulfilment, hardware lifecycle services and end‑user assistance.
• The Field Services Engineer will also travel to designated spoke sites within their assigned region to provide onsite support and ensure a consistent level of service delivery across all supported locations.
• The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while representing Northbridge and its clients in a professional manner.
