            Monitor the operational status and performance of Robotic Products. 
Conduct routine checks and basic housekeeping  for Robotic Products to ensure optimal functionality. 
Respond promptly to technical issues  as the first line of support. 
Provide Tier 1 support for operations-related issues , either remotely or on-site. 
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary. 
Prepare service and maintenance reports, as well as other relevant operations documentation. 
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Team. 
 Job Requirements:  Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. 
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related industry.
