Job Description
This is a fully remote position available for candidates based in Phoenix. The primary focus will be on troubleshooting issues as they arise. The role requires experience, therefore, new graduates and junior candidates are not suitable. Candidates with an Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of experience in a related field, are preferred. The position involves 70% travel and requires reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
Responsibilities

+ Provide customer pre-consultation, site readiness preparation, and startup monitoring.

+ Participate in conference calls with sales, project management, and customers to prepare for installations.

+ Coordinate equipment and system installations and ensure proper function post-installation.

+ Calibrate HMIs, meters, set timers, temperature seal time, etc., and adjust as required.
