Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician to support healthcare clients across West Virginia and surrounding states. This unique role is based in West Virginia and involves servicing infant security systems and related low-voltage technologies in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The technician will be part of a collaborative team of 15 field service professionals covering the eastern region.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems (12–24V AC/DC), including RFID and access control technologies.
• Service healthcare facilities including hospitals and nursing homes (approx. 50/50 split).
• Travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius; occasional flights for extended support.
• Manage service calls, courtesy visits, inspections, and remote support as needed.
