Report to the General Manager based in Singapore for overall Technical and Service support in Singapore
Train and mentor Service engineers for installation, service and maintenance of Hurco CNC Machining Centers and Lathes and ProCobots
Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of Hurco CNC Controller, CNC Machining Centers, Lathes and ProCobots
Develop service products for Hurco CNC machine installed base including inspection and preventive maintenance program, geometry checks and laser calibration.
Plan and schedule pre-shipment inspection of CNC machines at warehouse prior to shipment and delivery to overseas market.
Develop and update customer guides on routine maintenance of machines based on Hurco best practices.
Schedule and monitor service call requests from customer
Work closely with the Service and Application teams providing support to overseas customers and distributors
