  • Act as the primary liaison between customers, overseas engineers from R&D and suppliers, and local field service partners.
  • Lead and coordinate field service engineers during commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and service activities.
  • Provide direct technical support to resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues on-site.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance, warranty support, and long-term service agreements.
  • Ensure all operations comply with company standards, industry best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Prepare daily technical reports for multiple stakeholders, keeping all teams informed of field activities and project status.
