Provide outstanding customer service in a prompt and efficient manner for all product lines and product offerings
Acquire extensive and sound product knowledge to support customers in a timely and effective manner
Provide customer support and training to new and existing customers, including standby duties on weekends on a rotational basis
Work comfortably in an environment of change and continue to adapt to evolving needs
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Bio‑medical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Engineering, or other related specialties, with experience in clinical diagnostic product support
2 to 4 years of experience in medical diagnostic products; ITE graduates with more than 6 years of relevant experience may be considered
Good command of written and spoken English and a team player with initiative and strong problem‑solving skills
