Liaise with local marine technical support engineer on engineering matters with respect to technical details, specifications, and other information.
Generate service report via MAM or other reporting platform then discuss to customer the work performed and recommended follow up actions, either corrective or preventive in nature.
During customer discussions, reinforce the importance on timely execution of preventive maintenance schedule to avoid unscheduled breakdown resulting to expensive repair works.
