In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide professional after‑sales service and support for Emerson Ovation control systems, with a primary focus on Ovation solutionsPerform first line maintenance, site installation, commissioning, upgrades, start-up and repair services at customer locationsUndertake and support hardware and software modification programmes to meet customer and operational requirementsUse intelligent field devices and system data to analyse performance and translate insights into practical customer recommendationsDeliver on‑site customer training on system operation, application, and service best practicesSupport customers in resolving technical and application issues, including complex or persistent problemsParticipate in an on‑call support rota as required to ensure continuity of serviceCollaborate with sales and service colleagues by supporting product demonstrations, service proposal...
