International Customer Service Engineer

Job Scope

1. Responsible for installation, commissioning, training of vision inspection systems, and machine acceptance.
2. Visit customers frequently for pre-sales evaluation and after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
3. Handle machine maintenance and conduct troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
4. Travel frequently across the country and occasionally overseas.

Qualifications

1. Over 2 years of experience in similar technical service roles. Experience with inspection suppliers or printing machinery is a plus.
2. Diploma or higher education, preferably in mechanical, IT, automation, or electrical engineering.
3. Fluent in Mandarin. Reside near Kuala Lumpur. Good communication skills, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player.
