JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer

LOCATION: South Essex

SALARY - £32,500 Rising to £36,500

JOB PURPOSE:

To service, maintain and fault find on vehicle wash machines in line with the service agreements, within your agreed geographical limit.

Responsibilities:

• Field Service Engineers are responsible for servicing and maintenance of the company’s full range of vehicle wash machines. This will include attending to all breakdowns, fault-finding, and repairing both mechanical and electrical faults.

• Carry out chemical top-up on the machines as instructed and complete the appropriate paperwork.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• Full valid driving licence applicable to the UK

• To have an understanding of mechanical plant operation and electrical systems and to demonstrate this through work experience.

• Have good interpersonal skills to communicate with both customers and internal staff.
