Key Responsibilities:

- Service, maintain and repair construction equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Complete service reports and relevant documentation accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business professionally.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer within the construction equipment or heavy plant industry.
