Overall Purpose of Job

• Providing technical assistance and quality service to customers while ensuring compliance guidelines are followed.
• Assist the service manager with daily running of the service center, providing effective technical support and understanding customer needs, with administration responsibilities and logistics management.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Attend service calls independently, effectively and on time by recognizing customers’ needs and adding value to gain customers loyalty.
• Perform in-field service activities such as installations, periodic maintenance, upgrades and repairs. <...
