Role: Field Sales Engineer: OEM – based at Site Locations Responsibilities: 1. To serve as link between plant and customer for delivery & quality;
2. Attending Warranty Meetings & submitting reports to HO
3. Attending Quality issues, if any at Customer end & sharing reports with HO & coordinating solutions with HO
4. IQA audits of vehicles
5. Looking for improvement opportunities in vehicle at Customer end so that chances of early failures of our items are avoided
6. Attending line issues, if any at Customer end & providing them solution with the help of HO
7. Ensuring high quality rating (preferably Zero PPM) of IIL at Customer end
8. Doing segregation at Customer end, if required
9. To coordinate sample submission and testing at customer end & arranging feedback / approval
10. Coordinating with CSG for timely Submission of Action Plans to customers.
11. Monitoring schedule vs supply & coordinating with PPC for timely supplies / schedule changes, if any
