**Field Research Assistant – Hermiston, OR (Onsite)**

Kelly Services is seeking a Field Research Assistant for one of our top clients, onsite in Hermiston, OR. This is a contract, W2 opportunity with a pay rate of **$22/hr.** Joining this dynamic agricultural team, you’ll be working directly in the field, leveraging cutting-edge agricultural processes and technology to support critical farming operations. Interview process virtual or onsite.

**Contract Duration:**
July – early August (with potential extension based on field needs)

+ July: 5am–2pm, 6 days/week
+ August: 6am–4:30pm, 5 days/week

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ Provide support for corn detasseling activities in July and early August. Work may extend if warranted and includes supporting seed production such as field scouting, data collection, roguing fields, and providing other support as needed. May also include limited operation of field equipment.
