This position provides onsite support to the project team with mildly complex the procurement related activities. May be required to support other procurement duties. Receives minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Execute requisition process for commodities, supplies, construction services and third party rental equipment with support from Field Procurement Manager if applicable .
Prepare contract documents for bidding, evaluation by project team, negotiations, award contracts and post-award activities for field procurement .
Execute field purchase orders, rental agreements, service agreements, and subcontracts using an enterprise procurement system .
