            Monitor the order management system and live order queue to ensure smooth operational flow and timely actions. 
Coordinate with riders, dispatch teams and store teams to avoid delays and operational gaps. 
Conduct rider onboarding and on ground training for operational processes, SOPs and client requirements. 
Ensure rider discipline, hygiene standards, grooming and professional behavior are maintained at all times. 
Track rider performance, attendance, login hours, compliance and delivery quality. 
Handle on ground escalations related to riders, store operations and delivery execution. 
Visit multiple stores regularly to monitor operational performance and provide support where required. 
Ensure riders follow safety protocols and company operational standards. 
Support in manpower deployment, shift coordination and reliever arrangements during shortages.
