Assist manager to prepare budgetary quote for tenders 
Assist manager in preparing materials and ordering materials etc 
Monthly report 
Assist in planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedule and carry out regular inspections of properties and facilities 
Proactive and self discipline 
 Requirements  A. Certificate or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination or Mechanical Engineering (Green Building Technology) 
B. Ngee Ann Polytechnic: Diploma in: Building Services Engineering 
Technology (Building Services)
