Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years leadership experience in merchandising experience within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of retail stores merchandising dynamics.
Must be residing in Bulacan/ Nueva Ecija/ Tarlac.
Job responsibilities:
Supervise a team of merchandisers.
Ensure that all vacancies and deployment are filled with qualified candidates.
Monitor the inventory of stores.
Work closely with the marketing and store operations teams to ensure effective product displays and merchandising strategies in retail stores.
Collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure effective coordination and alignment of merchandising strategies.
Provide training and support to retail teams on product knowledge and basic merchandising orientation training.
