            MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
 
Bachelors degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field 
Minimum of 45 years practical, field-based agronomy experience  
Proven experience working with row crops (maize, wheat, soybeans)  
Strong understanding of soil science and plant nutrition 
Experience interpreting soil and plant tissue analyses and making practical recommendations 
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively 
 
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED 
 
Strong technical agronomic knowledge 
Ability to translate complex data into practical, on-farm recommendations 
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 
Problem-solving and analytical thinking 
Strong organisational and planning ability
