Are you a compassionate, reliable female support worker with a full UK driving licence, looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in someone's daily life?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate live in female support workers with a full UK driving licence to join our team. This role involves supporting a male client who lives independently in his home in Buckinghamshire with his two cats. He has a severe cervical spinal cord injury, resulting in very limited movement and sensation, and requires full assistance with all aspects of daily living.

What you'll be doing

• Assistance with all aspects of personal care (including hoisting, washing, dressing, grooming)
• Managing catheter care
• Supporting respiratory needs, including cough assist and non‑invasive ventilation (full clinical training given)
• Support with bowel and bladder care routines (as trained/required)
