Performing limousine services as per limousine schedule within both; Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia as and when required
Ensuring to provide conscientious customer service and maintaining awareness to details during the period of the service to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction
Preparing vehicle inspection list before limousine service, ensuring a smooth ride for customers
Handling vehicle movements from and to various locations such as yard, cleaning area and service centers as requested by operations
Reporting any malfunctions, accidents, breakdowns or incidents to the service coordinator in a timely manner to avoid any operational delays
Maintaining the assigned vehicle
Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis
Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
