The purpose of this role is two-fold: first, to define, understand, quantify, and explain the metrics captured for the department. Working with data leadership and team leads we determine metrics to capture and measure progress, and define how each metric will be reported and calculated. Second, we build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. The Specialist will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions, translating stakeholder reporting needs into actionable insights. This critical role defines, captures, and publishes metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to achieving goals.
The position is primarily a Power BI Developer with strong data literacy and communication skills, supporting internal stakeholders by building and improving reports that inform performance and drive improvements.
