Job Responsibilities - Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.
- Provide friendly, excellent service to all guests.
- Assist fellow Team Members to perform preparation and setting up for service and ensure all available amenities are properly stocked and inspected prior to service.
- Assist guests on their respective requests, conduct suggestive and up-selling, well‑versed in all aspects of the menu.
- All other administrative duties in the restaurant
Education & Certification - Minimum Secondary school education with ‘O’ Level passes; Diploma in any field is an advantage.
Experience - Minimum 1 year in a guest service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
