Job Description
- Follow up and call clients regularly to address inquiries, provide updates, and support sales conversion.
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently, including client communication, lead management, and sales documentation.
- Handle initial engagement of Facebook (FB) inquiries and ensure timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate FB inquiries and lead reports, including lead qualification tracking.
- Qualify FB leads and coordinate closely with Sales Engineers for technical discussions and next steps.
- Assist in trading sales transactions, including preparation of sales invoices, sales billing, and processing of large or big-seller accounts.
