SCOPE
Reporting to the Executive Chef and the Assistant Director of F&B, the F&B Executive will serve as the administrator and coordinator for the Food & Beverage and Culinary Division. He / She will assist in daily administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the division.
OVERALL OBJECTIVES
. Assist and support the F&B service and Culinary Division in the day-to-day administrative duties.
. Proficient in use of excel, word and PPT documents
. Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments and ensure F&B Service and Culinary communications are up to date.
. Assist with the purchasing requirements for the division with the hotels' Purchasing Department.
. Prepare department month end report, transfer and monitor promotions for F&B outlets.
