Responsibilities

• To consistently offer professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service
• To demonstrate a complete understanding of the outlet's policies & procedures and service standards
• To have full knowledge of the menu, beverage lists in the outlet and outdoor catering locations, and all other promotions taking place at the hotel
• Knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage in the hotel and outdoor catering venues
• Carry out all duties in accordance with local occupational health and safety legislation
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines as outlined by your supervisor
