Serve as the primary administrative liaison between Culinary, Food & Beverage Operations, and other hotel departments
Facilitate timely communication and operational coordination to support daily business needs
Coordinate operational follow-ups and ensure information is properly disseminated to relevant stakeholders
Administrative Support to DOFB & Executive Chef
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling priorities for the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef
Coordinate meetings, leadership briefings, and departmental communications

Assist with scheduling platforms such as SharePoint
