About the Role:

Wirral Council is seeking passionate and skilled Family Workers to join our Family Help service, delivering early help and targeted support to children, young people, and families across Wirral. This role is central to our ambition to give every child the best start in life, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) alongside partners in social care, and working closely with partners in health and police. You will utilise the systemic practise model to build trusted relationships with families, complete assessments, and deliver strengths-based interventions that improve parenting capacity, child development, emotional wellbeing, and family resilience, ensuring the voice of the child is always at the centre of planning.
