The Family Solicitor should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 3 - 5 years PQE in family lawExperienced in divorce, separation and complex financial remediesConfident with trusts, business assets, pensions and private children workCommercially aware, well organised and proactiveA strong communicator with a client‑focused mindset
