Family Practice - Without OB Physician
- Willing to consider a FP or IM
- Must be Board Certified
- 1+ year experience needed
- Basic primary care: sick and well visits, vaccines, chronic care management, etc.
- Must have active license, DEA, and Medicaid
- Credentialing timeline: 30 days or less
