Description

Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) provides integrated medical and behavioral health care to clients in an office-based setting. 

Position provides advocacy, linkage, referral, engagement with ongoing services with a multidisciplinary team. Coordinating these services to clients in CCBHC program in a client-centered and culturally responsive way. Provides a point of contact and work in partnership with CCBHC staff and partners as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services to clients and work within a team.

Requirements: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have raised or lived with a child who has emotional problems and received services.
