Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care & Walk-In Care

Summary:

We’re hiring an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing community health team in Houlton, Maine. There are two full-time openings: one in a traditional Primary Care setting, and another in an Open Access Walk-In clinic (this is the more urgent need).

Salary:

Starting around $125K, but flexible based on experience and fit

Job Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care across the spectrum of health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
