**Job Summary:**

College Park Family Care Center is seeking an advanced practice provider for a full-time opportunity in Olathe, Kansas:

**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Experience in a full-spectrum family medicine practice is required
+ Ability to work 5 days a week/full time
+ Ability to obtain Kansas licensure
