Coverage: M-F. 8-5p

Commitment: Must be willing to see patience 2 years and older & 20-22 patients per day.

EMR: EPIC Must have recent EPIC experience

Travel: Milage (only)

Requirements of the Family Medicine Role:

OR state license: active, unrestricted (in-hand).

Board Certified (Board Eligible within 5 years of training)
