About the Role

We are seeking a Family Litigation Lawyer to join our team on a part‑time or by‑case basis. The ideal candidate has practical experience handling family law litigation matters in Ontario, including separation, divorce, parenting issues, child support, spousal support, property division, and related court proceedings.

This role is suitable for a lawyer who can independently manage family litigation files, provide clear legal advice to clients, and represent clients through negotiation, mediation, case conferences, motions, and court appearances where required.

Responsibilities

• Handle family litigation matters from intake to resolution
• Provide legal advice on separation, divorce, parenting time, decision‑making responsibility, child support, spousal support, and property issues
