QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s Degree required, with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, criminology, theology, nursing, counseling, education or other related social science or human services field.
2. Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in a human services setting.
3. Minimum of two years of direct service or case management experience within a community-based, mental health, child welfare, or family support program.
4. Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and access to reliable transportation.
5. Must have acceptable PA State Police, PA Child Abuse History and FBI clearances.
6. Must be able to identify with the agency’s Mission Statement and support the agency’s Core Values.
