Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the Failure Analysis Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining cost‑effective troubleshooting methods for systems, software, and equipment, and for proposing and implementing solutions for critical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a healthy inventory of repair or manufacturing processes. Tasked with increasing technical knowledge and developing training plans for technical staff, ensuring flexibility across projects and technologies, the engineer is also responsible for monitoring and improving technician efficiency and effectiveness indicators to ensure optimal performance.
