As a Faculty member in Human Resource Management within the Department of Business & Management at LSBU UAE, you will contribute to teaching, research, student supervision, and academic leadership across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will deliver modules in Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, and related management disciplines while supporting the University's commitment to academic excellence, student success, and impactful research. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student‑centred learning, scholarly activity, and curriculum innovation. Preference may be given to candidates with experience teaching within UK higher education environments.
