Fully oversee the production operations, daily management and order delivery of the Penang Factory. Resposible for technical exchanges and coordination on orders and logistics between Penang and counterpart factories in China.
Coordination order fulfillment and maintain communication with overseas clients to ensure timely delivery and liaise with local government authorities such as MITI/MIDA/LMW to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Implementation of cost-reduction and effectiveness initiatives, optimizing energy consumption and production costing control.
Develop and execute annual/quarterly production planning, break down capacity targets and ensure on-time order delivery.
Lead the team development and establish technical talent pipelines, enforce safety protocals, promote 6S workplace management and maintain standardized workshop practices.
